Note: See Step-By-Step Instructions to see the process for designing your hoodie. Because this requires personalised original artwork to be created, it will probably take more than the usual 2 weeks to get to you. Usually, assume that the order will take approximately a month to complete and get to you in its finished form. If you have a specific date (such as an anniversary date) that the present needs to be created for, please check this with Holly when she emails you at the start of the process. If she cannot fulfil your order within the time you need, she will refund you the money you paid for the order.
Due to the personal nature of this product, Holly cannot offer refunds once she has started the artwork for your hoodie unless there is a fault with the finished product.

Personalised Pet Hoodie
1. When your order comes through, Holly will send you an email within a few working days to begin the personalised illustration process.
2. She will ask you to send over several clear headshots of your pet(s). Please ensure you have these ready to email to her as the sooner she receives the images, the sooner she can get your hoodie to you. She will also ask for your pet's name.
3. Holly will then produce the artwork. Depending on her workflow, this may take up to 2 weeks. She will paint your pet(s) using watercolour and ink, and then she will digitise the painting and upload the design.
4. At this point, Holly will run by a mockup of the finished pet portrait by you with the colour and name included to check all the details are correct. This is not an opportunity to change the artwork, since everything will be digitised and uploaded by that point. However, you can choose a different size or hoodie colour at this stage if you wish.
5. Once you have confirmed all the details, Holly will press print and your hoodie will be sent to your address within a matter of a few days.
